Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Canada) We offer Standard and Express shipping across Canada.
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
United States We ship to the United States via Standard International and Express International services.
- Standard International: 7–14 business days
- Express International: 3–7 business days
International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. International delivery times are typically 10–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. ZI Signature has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at ihtehsham.a@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
