Refund policy
At ZI Signature, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.
Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Intimate apparel and underwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us at ihtehsham.a@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
